During their week-long residencies throughout the continent and beyond, MCT Tour Actor/Directors serve as ambassadors for the arts – especially the theatre. They have the joy of directing and performing as well as the adventure of travel. Simply put, they have the opportunity and the privilege to change the lives of thousands of young people by carrying out MCT’s Mission.

Alysa is excited to be touring with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! She was born and raised in Opelika, Alabama where she was involved in many music organizations. Her favorite show credits include The King in The Little Prince, Tessy in Miss Firecracker Contest, and Marlene in Daddy’s Dyin’ Whose Got The Will?. She would like to thank her family for supporting her and her theatre family back home for encouraging her to pursue her dreams in the performing arts.

Amanda is happy to be back on the road doing her third tour with the Missoula Children’s Theatre, having previously done two tours of The Emperors New Clothes. Amanda is from Baltimore, Maryland, and thus is a lover of crabs, Old Bay, and the Ravens. When not on tour, she has several credits stage managing new plays, musicals, and operas, helping to be the first to bring them to life! Amanda has a bachelors of arts in theatre arts from McDaniel College. Shoutout to Patrick (her three time tour partner) for continuing to humor her wanderlust whims.

Amber recently graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a BFA in musical theatre, and is thrilled to take her next step professionally with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! Her favorite college acting credits include Jerusha Abbott in Daddy Long Legs, Jo March in Little Women, and Adelaide in Guys and Dolls. Since graduation, she has been working at schools as a substitute teacher, but she’s more excited than ever to share her love of theatre with the children she meets on tour! She would like to thank her friends, family, and professors for all their love and support.

Audra is thrilled to be performing with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! She is a graduate of Southern Arkansas University with degrees in musical theatre and history. Her favorite show credits include Ellie in Freaky Friday, Jennie-Mae Layman in The Diviners, and Olivia in Twelfth Night. She has a passion for dance, American Sign Language, and theatre, and cannot wait to share them with everyone. She wishes to thank her parents and her village of a family who have helped along the way.

Audrey is so excited to be touring with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! She is from Memphis, Tennessee and she recently graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in musical theatre. Some of her favorite show credits are Cathy in The Last Five Years, Shelby in The Spitfire Grill and #8 in The Wolves. She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her and cheering her on.

Austin is a recent graduate of Southern Arkansas University with a BFA in theatre with a focus in directing from Texarkana, Texas. Austin is excited to tour with the Missoula Children’s Theatre and to fulfill his dream of helping teach the next generation of artists. When he isn’t in a theatre, Austin loves to spend time watching TV or movies or have fun traveling and seeing cool new sights! He would like to thank his friends and family for always believing in him. Past shows include: Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls, Dr. Hire in Secret Soldiers, and Valentine in Twelfth Night.

Dylan is so excited to be touring with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! Born in Oshkosh, WI, they are a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a BFA in musical theatre. Dylan’s most recent venture was with the Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival where they played Tom Snout in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, as well as wrote for and performed with the Merely Players Troupe. Some of Dylan’s interests include soccer, listening to new music, and gaming of any kind. Dylan would like to thank their biggest supporters: their mother, their sister, and their favorite baristas in all of Oshkosh – MK, Lonnie, and Riley.

Dylan is excited to be a part of the Missoula Children’s Theatre tour! He graduated in May of 2022 from the University of North Dakota, where he received a BFA in musical theatre performance and a BA in theatre tech and design. Some of his favorite productions that he’s been involved in include: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Doug Panch), Mamma Mia! (Pepper), and Romeo and Juliet (Prince Escalus). When he is not performing, directing, or teaching theatre, Dylan loves playing games, cooking, and spending time with his dog, JoJo. He’d like to thank his professors and his partner, Erin, for always supporting him in his theatrical endeavors!

Emily is so excited to be on her first touring job with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! A native of Dallas, Texas, she is a graduate of The University of Memphis with a degree in musical theatre. Her favorite show credits include Baker’s Wife in Into The Woods, Elinor Dashwood in Sense and Sensibility, and Catherine in Pippin! When she is not performing Emily loves crocheting, baking, traveling, and finding new movies and TV shows to watch. She wants to extend her thanks to her wonderful family and amazing friends for their undying support

Emily is thrilled to continue the touring life, enriching the lives of students with education through theatre, with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! Originally from Vermont, Emily is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in musical theatre, dance and music. Some of her notable credits include Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Josephine in Big Fish, and Grizelda in The Court Jester. When she is not doing theatre, Emily is a professional photographer (Emily Shafritz Photography) working sports, journalism, events, and theatre/dance. Emily would like to thank her parents for their constant support of her dream, and all the connections she’s made with fabulous friends along the way.

She recently graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts in theatre performance. Her favorite show credits include Brooke in Noises Off and The Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland. She would like to thank her family, friends, and mentors for their constant love and support. She cannot wait to meet all the young artists on this cross-country adventure!

Eric is a recent graudate from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in theatre performance and theatre for youth and communities. He has had many meaningful experiences as an actor, director, teaching artist, and stage manager. Some of his recent performance credits include Max in The Play That Goes Wrong, Kurt’s Dad in Heathers: The Musical, and Arthur Roeder in Radium Girls. Originally from Eddyville, Iowa, Eric enjoys attending sporting events, gaming, and being outdoors when he isn’t working as an artist. He would like to thank his family, friends, and UNI faculty for supporting him in getting to where he is now and where he will be in the future!

Francis is a theatre graduate from Kansas State University. He has been doing theatre for years, starring in college shows such as A Number, The Fantasticks, and The Comedy of Errors. He loves all aspects of theatre, which is why he is so happy to be working for the Missoula Children’s Theatre. In his spare time, Francis loves to read and bake delicious foods. Irie is so excited to be joining the Missoula Children’s Theatre team this year! Growing up in a small town in Vermont, she never thought she would be a recent graduate of Florida Southern College where she earned a BFA in musical theatre. In her free time, Irie enjoys dancing, painting, making jewelry, and being with friends. Past credits include Sandra Bloom in Big Fish, Featured Dance Ensemble in Urinetown, and Featured Dance Ensemble in The Addams Family. She would like to thank her parents, sibling, and nana for all their support.

Kassidy is thrilled to be touring with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! Kassidy is from Bemidji, Minnesota, and recently graduated from Viterbo University with a BFA in musical theatre. Some of her favorite credits include Frieda in Carrie, Cedric/Mr. Voldy in Puffs and Swing/Dance Captain in Beauty and the Beast. Off the stage, Kassidy loves crocheting and knitting everything she can! She would like to thank everyone in her life who has always supported her and her love for theatre!

Born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, she recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts in theatre. She is an avid lover of the outdoors, and can often be found lounging in a hammock during the warmer months. Favorite credits include Miss Prism in The Importance of Being Earnest, assistant director of Let The Right One In, as well as the director of The Revolutionists at VCU. She would like to thank all of her friends and professors back home for helping her get where she is today.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Leigha is a graduate of DeSales University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre with a track in musical theatre performance. Some of her favorite show credits include Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland, Katherine Plumber in Newsies, and Fan/Belinda Cratchit in A Christmas Carol. Along with her passion for performing, Leigha enjoys creating jewelry, costuming and loves working with and teaching children! Leigha wants to thank the Missoula Children’s Theatre for this incredible opportunity, everyone who has supported her along the way, and her friends and family for all the love and support!

He has been involved with many productions throughout his career including The Importance of Being Earnest and Alison’s House. He has also spent the last year working in entertainment at Dollywood. Having toured with MCT for 2+ years, Molly loves to collect stickers from each place she goes! She would like to thank all the wonderful people who have helped and supported her to reach her dreams!

Patrick T. Dougherty is so thrilled to be returning to the road with the Missoula Children’s Theatre! He is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor’s degree in theatre and has most recently been seen in Dead Souls, Howie the Rookie, and Wizard of Oz! He would like to thank his partner, Amanda, for being such an incredible partner, as well as all the fine people in Missoula that gave him such an incredible opportunity! He is a resident of Poughkeepsie, NY, where you can find him putting up new works with his own theatre company, Definitely Human Theatre.

Her interests include riding her Ripstick, taking naps, and learning new things about her craft. She wants to thank Del Shores for believing in her and giving her the tools to make it in this career.

Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Charles is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a BFA in musical theatre, and a minor in women and gender studies. Charles’ favorite show credits include King Arthur in Spamalot, Smudge in Forever Plaid, and The Lion in The Wizard of Oz. Robert is no stranger when it comes to performing with the Missoula Children’s Theatre. His very first experience with the theatre was when he performed in Pinocchio as the Fox in the 6th grade!
