The Disney’s Newsies Jr. Production Class is for students in 8th-12th grade. Tuition is $295 (including a $3 fee).
Classes are September 24 – November 1, 2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4PM-6:30PM and M-F of the final week from 4PM-7PM. The first day of class is on Thursday, September 24. There will be an additional class on Saturday, October 24.
Performances are on Friday, October 30 at 7PM, Saturday, October 31 at 2PM and 5PM, and Sunday, November 1 at 2PM and 5PM.
When the powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys’ expense, orphaned dreamer Jack Kelly rallies the “newsies” from across New York City to “Seize the Day”, form a union, and strike! This inspiring 60-minute version based on the 1992 film, the Tony Award-winning 2012 Broadway musical, and true events at the turn of the 19th century will have you “Carrying the Banner” right along with the newsies in this singing, dancing David-and-Goliath story.
