T.J. Charlson attended Appalachian State for two years, graduated the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BFA in Acting and received an MFA in Directing from Western Illinois University. Before joining MCT as a Tour Actor/Director in 1990, T.J. worked professionally as an actor, director, fight choreographer, light designer and stage manager. He has directed extensively with Missoula Community Theatre since 1993. T.J. is the father of four beautiful children; Benjamin, Annika, Jakob and Eleanor.
