Tour Associate
Michelle toured in a little red truck for four years before joining the home staff in 2005. She was the local youth activities director for almost five years before becoming executive assistant to Jim Caron (prior to his retirement) and project coordinator for MCT's Next Step Prep. In addition to Next Step duties, Michelle currently works as the tour associate. A native cheesehead, Michelle holds degrees in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (BA, 1990), theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (BA, 1995), and holistic nutrition from Clayton College (MS, 2002). Michelle just received her Montana certification to teach high school theatre. She considers herself blessed to work for such a wonderful company and to be able to work in the same building as her husband, best friend, and former tour partner, Don. Michelle and Don are the proud parents of their own budding star, Rocky.
