Facilities Manager
John Torma began volunteering with MCT on-stage & backstage in 1985 when he completed his MS degree in Planning from the University of Montana. After 5 years as a planner in the Missoula Planning Office and 2 years as an administrator with an Indian Housing Authority in New Mexico, John joined the MCT staff as the Facilities Manager in 1993. He was project manager for the remodel of the old Central School building that same year as well as the for construction of the new MCT Center for the Performing Arts which opened in 1998. His wife, Linda, is on faculty in the Montana State University School of Nursing. They have both experienced MCT’s positive impact on kids, since all three of their now adult children grew up doing MCT shows from kindergarten through college. Youngest daughter Petey is currently touring for MCT.
